Panel Manager
Kate is a second-year Wharton MBA student majoring in Finance and Operations, Information and Decisions. Kate will be rejoining PJT Partners’ Restructuring and Special Situations Group post-graduation having completed her summer internship with the team.
Prior to Wharton, Kate worked as a finance and restructuring lawyer at global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills focusing on debt structuring and distressed transactions and then as a management consultant at BCG including in BCG’s dedicated PE commercial due diligence team. Kate has a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (JD equivalent) from the University of Sydney in Australia.
