Clara Lozano is an LLM student at the University of Pennsylvania law school. Before joining the LLM, she graduated from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and University College Dublin with a Dual Masters in French and Common Law in 2021 and Sciences Po Paris Master's in Finance and Strategy in 2022. She spent her past summers in the Paris office of Jones Day and at a boutique law firm interning in Private Equity, Investment Funds Structuring, and M&A.
