Brian Herskowitz is a 2023 J.D. candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he is a senior editor on the Journal of Business Law and the treasurer of LALSA. While in law school, he has participated in the Legal Practice Clinic and interned with Delaware Supreme Court Justice Valihura. After graduation, Brian will be joining Latham & Watkins in New York City. Brian graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Philosophy.
